Amanda Ritchie

Amanda Ritchie was born in Amarillo, Texas, and is the proud mother of two adult children, Derek (26) and Mia (22). She began her insurance career in 2017 after earning her Life and Health license and quickly secured appointments with several well‑known carriers.

In 2023, Amanda joined Broken Spoke to launch the Amarillo location. Since then, she has expanded her expertise by obtaining her personal and commercial insurance licenses. Her passion for helping others—combined with her strong community presence—has made her an invaluable part of the marketing department. She consistently promotes the Broken Spoke brand and contributes to the agency’s growth by building meaningful client relationships.

Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her friends and family and loves spreading positivity throughout her community. Her outgoing personality and genuine care for people shine through in every interaction.

When asked what she enjoys most about her role in insurance, Amanda shared:

“I enjoy being able to help and educate my customers on the insurance plans they have in place—whether that’s personal lines, such as home and auto policies, or life and health insurance. We all have so much going on in life, and sometimes we don’t fully understand our policies. I believe everyone deserves someone who cares enough to take the time to explain them.”
